We are pleased to announce that Woodland Bungalow is open for guests and the tariff is as follows (valid until 31-March-24):

• Rs. 3,000/head/night on a twin-sharing basis; single-occupancy - Rs. 5,000/night
• Children above the age of 5 and upto 12 years of age are charged Rs. 1,750/night and guests who are 12 years are treated as adults
• One child up to the age of 5 (with parents) - complimentary

All rates are on a Continental Plan (Bed & Breakfast); we unfortunately do not provide lunch, but there are many options. However, we can provide dinner on request

Inclusions - the following amenities are complimentary:

• Free limited Wi-Fi (network dependent since we are in a remote location)
• Cycling, games like carom, cards
• Walks to the plantation and lakes

Exclusions - the following facilities are available, but on a chargeable basis:

• Extra snacks/beverages can be provided (subject to availability)
• Safari to Nagarahole National Park & Tiger Reserve
• Birdwatching drive with a professional spotter

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

1. Reservations are confirmed only on receipt of 100% of the amount in advance through Bank Transfer/UPI
2. Reservation may be cancelled 7 days before the date of check-in and the entire booking amount will be refunded
3. No cancellation of reservations is allowed thereafter
